HOA dues are assessed annually and are usually due after the first of the year.
The dues covers the cost to maintain the common grounds of the HOA, and all other HOA responsibilities.

Rentals are not permitted until a property owner has owned the home for 5 years. Please reference the Governing Documents for additional information.
Personal Touch Management is the Management Company .
A transfer fee of $100 is assessed by the management company for any homes sold and will be collected at closing.
